Q. The device is not working under my MAC OS

A. 1. In case of using UM-710S and Mimo Touch2 UM-710S monitor is compatible with Intel-based MAC OS X version. Please visit the DOWNLOAD center(DOWNLOAD/driver) and check the main chipset and OS version. 2. In case of using UM-720S, UM-720F UM-720S and UM-720F are compatible with Intel-based MAC OS X version for displaying screens. But the standard Mac driver for the UM-720S, UM-720F do not support touchscreen capabilities, they require a third-party touchscreen for us on Intel based Max OS X computers.
