Please make sure that the USB cables are properly connected and the ‘Installation Software’ is properly installed.
1. Right click on “My Computer” and open the “properties” window
2. Click “device manager” in the Hardware tab
3. Click PC located at the top part of the tree in the device
management window
4. Click “search hardware modifications” in “Action (A)” menu
5. Reboot the PC
