The DisplayLink software can be installed on any Intel-based desktop or laptop Apple Mac computer running client versions of
    - OS X Yosemite 10.10.3,
    - OS X Mavericks 10.9.5,
    - OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5.
At the time of writing these were the latest available versions of Mac OS X tested against: later OS versions might show compatibility issues.

OS X versions earlier than 10.8.5 are not supported. Earlier versions of the DisplayLink software can be used:
 - Version 2.2 is the last version to support Mac OS Lion 10.7.x. and Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.x.
 - Version 1.7.x is the last version to support Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.x and Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.x.

- Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.x and Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.x are not supported by this driver version. Version 1.7.x is the last version to support these operating systems.
